Valid Translations provides language solutions in Portuguese, English and Spanish for individuals, businesses and institutions. Our work covers documents for official use, specialized texts and audiovisual content.
Our purpose is to overcome language barriers and communicate the meaning of each document accurately to the receiving institution. We provide certified and technical translation and subtitling in Portuguese, English and Spanish, English editing and proofreading, and sworn translation from English into Portuguese for use in Brazil. Certified translations are prepared for immigration authorities such as USCIS, universities, consulates and other institutions, according to their requirements.
Each project begins with a quote specifying the scope, price, delivery date and format. Work starts after approval and confirmation of payment. During the project, we keep you informed and clarify any questions that affect the work.
Our process includes a review of the project requirements, terminology research and a final check against the original document, text or recording.
